Custom build

Architectural hillside home, Port Hills.

A greenfield site with a three metre fall across the building platform and an outlook to the Southern Alps and Lake Ellesmere. Pat moved the house a metre down the site before consent, which cut back the retaining and seated the home into the hill. 411m², single storey, three bedrooms. The kitchen won Kitchen Excellence at the 2026 House of the Year.
