In early 2021 Coughlan Homes Ltd was created to reflect the evolution of the business from solely bespoke builds, to now including finished homes - designed and built by us. So now you have more options to experience the Coughlan Homes difference.

Welcoming the future

With four farm properties severely damaged by the Kaikōura earthquake, including the original farm homestead, our clients David and Fiona Bush needed a team that understood the importance of creating modern replacements that would endure the tests of time.

We rebuilt all four houses on the property, and the new homestead won Coughlan Homes a gold medal at the 2022 Master Builders House of the Year competition in the $1 - $1.5 million category. More importantly though, it gives the Bush's a warm inviting space to welcome family, friends and community.
